Refund & Return Policy (환불 및 반품 정책)

At Asia Food & Phone Mart, we strive for customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are handled, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. of the Republic of Korea.
1. General Return Window
- You have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to health and safety regulations, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy)
- Frozen food products
- Items that have been opened or consumed
- Prepaid SIM cards that have been activated or used
4. Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, you must first contact us at asiamartglobal1972@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at:

대구광역시 서구 서대구로 299, 23,24호 (비산동) - Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer within 7 business days.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at asiamartglobal1972@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
